Terms of Service – CMCS Printing

Welcome to CMCS Printing. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By placing an order, submitting artwork, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided:

CMCS Printing offers custom apparel printing using Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) methods. We also provide design assistance for custom orders.

  • We reserve the right to decline any order that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of copyright or trademark laws.

  • Custom orders are produced based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all artwork and order details are accurate before submission.

3. Orders and Payment:

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payment methods accepted include [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, e-transfers].

  • In cases where a design requires significant modification or custom artwork, additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified and must approve these charges before proceeding.

4. Production Timeline:

  • Standard production time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order.

  • Rush orders may incur additional fees and must be confirmed in writing.

  • CMCS Printing is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or shipping carrier delays.

5. Shipping and Pickup:

  • Customers may choose to have orders shipped to their specified address or picked up in person at our Cap-Pelé location.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • CMCS Printing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our premises.

6. Replacement and Correction Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds. However, if your order arrives with a defect, incorrect print, or any error caused by CMCS Printing, we will replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

  • To request a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photos of the issue.

  • We do not replace items for minor color variations or for errors resulting from low-quality artwork provided by the customer.

7. Use of Customer Designs and Merchandise:

Unless specifically requested otherwise, CMCS Printing reserves the right to photograph and showcase custom apparel produced for clients for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Social media posts

  • Website galleries

  • Promotional materials

Customers who do not wish their merchandise to be photographed must notify us in writing at the time of placing their order.

8. Intellectual Property:

  • Customers affirm that they hold the necessary rights to all designs, logos, or images submitted for printing.

  • CMCS Printing is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • CMCS Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

10. Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms of Service:

CMCS Printing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the date of the last update.
