1. Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer the following shipping methods to ensure your order arrives promptly:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Local Pickup: Free pickup is available at our Cap-Pelé location.
Shipping rates vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed and printed within 3-5 business days after payment is received and artwork is approved.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Rush orders are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
3. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

CMCS Printing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.
5. Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, CMCS Printing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Photos of the damaged items and packaging

Description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement.
7. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you are located outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us for further assistance.
8. Local Pickup:

Orders selected for pickup will be available at our Cap-Pelé location during business hours.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your items.
