Return and Replacement Policy – CMCS Printing

At CMCS Printing, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel that meets your expectations. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our work and will replace or correct any issues with your order under the conditions outlined below.


1. Replacement and Correction Policy:

We will replace or correct products under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a noticeable printing defect caused by CMCS Printing.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, size, or design that does not match your order specifications.

  • Printing Errors: If the design on the item does not accurately reflect the approved artwork or specifications.


2. How to Request a Replacement:

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or error

We will review your request and provide a solution, which may include:

  • Reprinting the item(s) at no additional cost

  • Providing a replacement for the affected product(s)


3. Non-Eligible Items:

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Customer-provided artwork that is low quality or improperly formatted

  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print discrepancies

  • Wear and tear from normal use or improper care

  • Items damaged after delivery


4. Shipping Costs:

  • We cover the shipping costs for corrected or replacement items in cases where CMCS Printing is at fault.

  • If the error was not caused by CMCS Printing, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
